The delightful couple and their family initally wanted a laid back feel for their event with a hog roast as their main course. Once they'd sampled some of our catering they decided to have a slightly more formal feel with a delicious fish starter and a trio of desserts.
Canapes
- Fois Gras on toasted brioche with sauterne jelly
- Mini Yorkshire puddings filled with rare roast beef & horseradish crème
- Gravalax with lemon mascarpone on rye
- Goats cheese crostini apple & walnut marmalade
Wedding breakfast
- Crab tian, giant prawn on mango salsa and Cajun salmon on a spoon
- Hog Roast with crisp crackling, homemade apple sauce, stuffing, barbeque chicken skewers, beef & vegetable kebabs, harrissa halloumi & falafel skewers, king prawns in chilli.
- Warm new potatoes with mint, mixed leaves with a ginger dressing topped with sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds, buffalo mozzarella, plum tomato and red onion salad, breads, baguettes, artisan breads and rolls.
- Tarte au citron, eton mess and chocolate royale
- Tea and coffee
- Fish & chip cones with homemade tartare sauce
