Premier Crew Hospitality Ltd had a very exciting day catering for a long-standing client who had a Royal visitor.


Our brief was to serve a finger buffet to be served at the table, as they were on a very tight time scale.  There must be something to suit all dietary requirement and be none messy as the VIP’s would not be happy with spillages!


We provided a ‘lazy susan’ platter between two with the following dishes.


Filo tarts with Asian beef salad

Lamb skewers with sundried tomato

Smoked chicken and spinach with aioli

Barbecue pulled chicken rolls

Honey and soy poached salmon on cucumber

Sesame crusted tuna with wasabi mayonnaise

Fresh crab and lemon on toast

Smoked salmon, cream cheese and capsicum roulade

Caramelised red onion and goats cheese tartlet

Sweet potato, rocket and feta frittata

Lightly spiced chickpea cakes with red onion and coriander salsa

Tomato, mozzarella and pesto


Drinks in bottles and jugs on tables


Sparkling water flavoured with lime

Still water

Freshly made lemonade

Tea and coffee


The meal was very well received and His Royal Highness The Earl of Wessex said during His speech following the meal, that the food was fabulous.
